Podcast's I have been listening to:

Charlie Sloths's SlothPod

I went on to the BBC website, and clicked on comedy broadcasts and Charlie Sloth's SlothPod came up so I decided to listen to it. It was quite funny but had two people talking. My podcast is only going to be me so I can take a few points from this however it won't be the same as mine. I aim to make mine enjoyable and make people want to listen to more. (BBC, 2013)

Let's Talk about Tech

Here I clicked on learning rather than comedy and I decided to listen to Chris Warburton and it is all about technology however I didn't really like the episode I listened to as it was all about cars when I thought it was going to be related to my whole topic on technology. It wasn't as interesting as the first podcast I listened to and therefore I began to switch off which is what I hope people don't do when listening to my podcast.(BBC, 2013)

Tech Weekly

This podcast was talking all about the internet and how countries benefit from it. I found it rather boring as all it was, was three people talking and giving their opinions. There was nothing there to keep someone alert or to keep them interested as such. I have a feeling mine will be the same as it will simply be teaching someone about the global village and a little about how technology has changed the way individuals live. (The Guardian, 2013)

My Podcast

My Podcast is going to be based around Marshall McLuhan's idea of a Global Village.
In order to make it interesting I have decided to bring in my family background.
